Reporting government competing with private sector

By clicking HERE this will take you to the department of A&I website.

Here you will be able to fill out a form if you have a concern of a government entity that is competing with private sector.

You can find this on the right hand side of the page in a blue box with the words "SUBMIT STATE GOVERNMENT COMPETITION CONCERNS".

The best way to determine if a governmental entity is competing with private sector is if you can find that business in the yellow pages, then the government should not be doing it.

This is important because if you have more government than you do private sector than this  prevents revenue from coming in to our state and communities, it also encourages your elected officials to raise to taxes and fees.
